Andrew Wade Thomas
19, Avon, passed away on April 25, 2024.  He was a graduate of Avon High School in 2022 and a recent graduate of Parkland where he earned his Ford certification. Andrew was preceded in death by his father William Thomas. Survivors include his mother Sheila Thomas; sisters Katherine (Matthew) Jackson, Amanda (Sean) Rosner, Nieces (Willow and Lillian) Nephew (Waylon); grandparents Karen and Bob Westfall, Anna and Michael Lingerfield, and Jerry and Carolyn Speckman.  He also was blessed with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Andrew was known to many as being a loyal and dependable friend/family member. He was a lifelong baseball player where he played on the Hurricanes baseball team for many years. Andrew's love for cars/speed came from his dad in which they shared that bond. Visitation will be from 9 am to 12 pm Sat. May 4 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 12 pm.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Andrew Thomas Scholarship Fund at Parkland College or to your favorite charity or local church.
