Anthony "Tony" Ardeel, age 41, Lizton, passed away April 15, 2014. He was a firefighter for Wayne Twp. and had formerly worked in dispatch and IT. He had also been a reserve police officer for Clayton, Jamestown, Pittsboro and Marion Co. Sheriff. He was a member of the Hendricks Co. Search and Rescue Team and Connection Pointe Christian Church. He is survived by his wife Rachel Ardeel; parents Eugene and Carol Ardeel; brother Christopher (Sonia) Ardeel; sisters Meredith (Steve) Cochran and Heather Ardeel; 4 nieces and 3 nephews. Visitation will be from 4-8pm Fri. April 18 at Connection Pointe Christian Church with funeral services at the church at 11am Sat. April 19. Burial will follow in Lizton K of P Cemetery.
