Austin M. Taylor
89, Plainfield, passed away Jan. 16, 2014. He had been an inspector at the Chevrolet Truck Division, retiring in 1983 and was a US Army Veteran of WWII. He was a member of Ben Davis Christian Church and enjoyed camping, basketball, bowling, and the Indy 500. His wife Mary Plummer Taylor preceded him in death. Survivors include children LuAnn Bone and Larry Taylor, 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Visitation will be 10-11am Sat. Jan. 18 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 11am. Burial will be at Lizton K of P Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Gentiva Hospice, 7801 Mesquite Bend. Dr., Suite 105, Irving, TX 75063.
