Barbara Joan Kennard Diekhoff, 80, Indianapolis, passed away March 8, 2011. She was born Sept. 25, 1930 to Raymond and Dovie Starkey who preceded her in death. She is the widow of Robert E. Kennard and Richard E. Diekhoff. A brother, Raymond Starkey, also preceded her in death. Survivors include children Lynnell Lindle, Sandy Stone, Donna Shipley, and Robert Kennard; brother Marty Starkey; 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren. She is a 1948 graduate of Arsenal Tech High School. There will be a private memorial service and interment at a later date.
