Barbara J. Hodge

92, of Brownsburg, passed away peacefully on September 23rd, 2026. Barbara was born in Indianapolis to her parents Floyd Kenneth and Frances (Domasco) Truex on May 31st, 1934. Following her early education, Barbara went on to dedicate her life to raising her children along with her beloved husband Harold. They were also faithful members of Pittsboro Baptist Church.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, as well as her husband Harold Hodge and son Michael Hodge. She is survived by her children Linda (Rick) McKinney, Daniel (Joni) Hodge, and Shari (John) Krueger; 8 cherished grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.

Visitation will be held from 12 noon to 2 pm on Monday, September 28th at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services to follow at 2 pm. Barbara will then be laid to rest next to her husband in Brownsburg Cemetery.
