Barbara Jane Woods, 80, Brownsburg, passed away on Mar. 22, 2017. She was born July 20, 1936 to the late Ralph and Vera Chapman. She was a dental assistant and member of Hope Community Church, Brownsburg Eastern Star, Brownsburg Jobs Daughters, and Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. She was preceded in death by her husband Lewis M. Woods II. Survivors include her children Robyn (Mark) Cole, Janice (Steven) Boehmer, Lewis M. (Sharlyn) Woods III; sister Janet Roberts; grandchildren Valerie Cole, Lissa Vreeland, Jaalam Cole, Steven Boehmer, Tanya Breeden, Amanda Thompson, Lewis M. Woods IV; great grandchildren Brody Boehmer, Alec Thompson, Maggie Thompson, Brynne Boehmer, Brianna Hobson, Jolie Vreeland, and Miles Cole. Visitation will be from 2-5 pm Sun. Mar. 26 at Hope Community Church, Brownsburg, with funeral services there Mon. Mar. 27 at 10 am. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.
