77, Indianapolis, passed away Oct. 26, 2016. He had been an Inspector for Indianapolis Public Housing Agency. He was a US Air Force veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife Charlotte Kirchner. Survivors include son Bertrand Scott Kirchner, 4 Grandchildren, and 3 Great Grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 1pm Monday October 31, 2016 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with visitation from 11am to 1pm. Burial will be in Bethesda Cemetery.
