Bettie A. Ellis, 94, Brownsburg, passed away on Oct. 17, 2016. She owned and operated Shoestring Ceramics and was a member of Bethesda Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Lavon "Lee" D. Ellis, two brothers and two sisters. Survivors include children Pat Galovic, Penny Schenck, Pam Miller; 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 10 am to 12 pm Sat. Oct. 22, 2016 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 12 pm. Burial will be in Brownsburg Cemetery.
