Bill J. Tuttle
age 80, Pittsboro, passed away Feb. 28, 2013. He had been a pipeline technician for Texas Eastern. He had served in the Air Force Reserves for 8 years and was a member of Brownsburg American Legion. He served as a volunteer fireman for Brownsburg Fire Dept., owned and operated Tuttle Cycle Sales for many years. He was also an avid boater and outdoorsman who cherished his home on Raccoon Lake. He was preceded in death by sister Marjorie Greene. Survivors include wife Beverly Tuttle; children Cathy (Harold K.) Horstmann, Bill (Susie) Tuttle Jr., Denny Tuttle, and Lisa (Matthew) Goodlett; sisters Brenda Salmon, Alta Crediford, and Betty Williams; 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Visitation will be 4-8pm Mon. March 4 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 11am Tues. March 5. Burial will be at Brownsburg Cemetery.
