Blanch Esham passed away peacefully March 27, 2015. (She had just turned 94 years old on March 3rd.) She was born in Indianapolis, Indiana where she lived most of her life until moving to Frostproof, Florida. Most of the more than 25 years she lived in Florida was as a full time resident. For the last seven years she was a resident of Palmer, Texas, where she lived near her daughter. Survivors include her son Gary Richard (Terri) Esham, daughter Brenda Joyce (John) Trojacek, two sisters: Martha Petruzzi and Mildred Stoneking; four grandchildren: Sherrie Fisher, Jennifer McCarty, Shellie (Scott) Meyer, and Christopher (Lelia) Esham as well as seven great grandchildren: Justin Meyer, Sarah McCarty, Marisa Meyer, Lacey Meyer, Joshua McCarty, Nicolas Rodriguez, and Adriana Rodriguez; and many nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 64 years Tollis Esham, and her brother Charles Myers. Visitation will be from 10-12 noon, Monday, April 6 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services immediately following. A funeral procession to Brownsburg Cemetery will take place after the service where she will be laid to rest next to her husband.
