Bobby Joe Flowers
age 72, Avon, passed away Aug. 28, 2011.  He was a self-employed carpenter for 50 years, retiring in 2003.  He was an Army veteran and a member of Hope United Presbyterian Church, Plainfield.  He is survived by his wife Deborah Flowers; children Karen Flowers, Holly (Richard) Norris, Marsha (Chris) Spain, and Brandon (Kim Norris) Flowers; stepchildren John (Jamie) Wheeler and Jamie (John) Wagner; sister Treva (Joseph) Gilligan; grandchildren Dylan Norris and Tristan Norris; 10 step grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by grandson Caleb Testerman, sister Doris Braun, and brother Allen Flowers.  Memorial services will be 3pm Wed. Aug. 31 at the Hope United Presbyterian Church, Plainfield, with visitation there from 2-3pm.  Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society www.cancer.org.
