Brenda Joyce Carter
Age 65 passed away on Feb. 28, 2014 and is now resting in the arms of her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Brenda was born in Scottsville, KY on Sept. 28, 1948 to the late Roy D. Carter and Ruby Katherine (Colson) Carter. Brenda was the sister of Gary D. Carter (Lou), Patricia M. Hession (Jim) and Ron L. Carter (Angie). Brenda was also preceded in death by her lifelong companion, Richard Gregory in 2004. Being the aunt of many nieces and nephews was one of Brenda's greatest joys. Brenda was a loving and caring person who will be sadly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her. Visitation will be from 10am-12 noon Tues. March 4 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services at 12 noon. Pastor Brandon Sichting will be officiating and burial will be at Brownsburg Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Fellowship Student Ministries c/o Fellowship Bible Church, 2441-Q Old Fort Parkway #383, Murfreesboro, TN 37128.
