Bruce H. Stickle, 66, of Brownsburg, Indiana, passed away from colon cancer on Thursday, April 17, 2025, while surrounded by family. Bruce, lovingly called 'Pops', was the best Husband, Father, Brother, Grandfather, Uncle, and Friend. Born to Cole and Martha Stickle (Deckard) in Indianapolis, Indiana, Bruce attended Broad Ripple High School and graduated from Indiana University. He went on to work in Indianapolis Media, with the last 10 years at WRTV.
Bruce was a lifelong member of the United Methodist Church and was passionate about creating media centered around early childhood development, most notably, The GluvIts at www.express-kidz.com As an avid sports enthusiast, Bruce attended every sporting event he could, especially the IU Hoosiers, Colts, and Pacers, and as a passionate fan of all things racing, attended more than 40 Indianapolis 500 races. He was a phenomenal Euchre partner and a fan of musical theatre. He loved to sing, create, and play music. He kept everyone laughing, coined 'The Funniest Man Ever'. Bruce's most significant legacy, however, is his children and grandchildren.
