Carl S. Lightle

85, of Brownsburg, passed away on August 27th, 2026. Carl retired from Eli Lilly & Co., where he worked in the printing department for 32 years. He was a member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church for 10 years and prior to that held a membership at Bethesda Baptist Church for 50 years. He was preceded in death by his wife June Delores Lightle in 2007. A brother Paul Lightle also preceded him in death. Carl’s survivors include children Curtis W. Lightle (wife Kimberly) and Shannon M. Glaze (husband Donald); grandchildren Kyle Glaze (wife Victoria) and Kaitlin Glaze; great grandchildren Evelyn and Lillian Glaze. Visitation will be from 11 am to 1 pm on Friday, September 4th at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services to follow at 1 pm. Burial will follow in Lincoln Memory Gardens, Whitestown, IN.
