Carolyn Joan Speck Runyan, 57, passed away April 10, 2016. She was born Sept. 1, 1958 to Dr. Carlson and Joan Speck in Muncie, IN. She attended Ball State University. She lived in Brownsburg until her passing at Brownsburg Meadows Nursing Home. She is survived by Rick Runyan and four children Chelsea A. Runyan, Alex C. Runyan, Michael R. Runyan and Christopher A. Runyan; brother Brian (Lynn) and son Eric; sister Heather Young and daughter Yvonne. Visitation will be from 11am to 1 pm Thurs. April 14 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services at 1pm. Burial will be in Brownsburg Cemetery. Special thanks to Deanna (Dee) and Bill Taylor for their constant vigil, love and support. Also a special thank you to Brownsburg Meadows for their wonderful care and compassion.
