Cathy J. Horstmann

63, Brownsburg, passed away on March 13, 2018.   She was a bus driver for Brownsburg School Corporation and worked for the Brownsburg American Legion.  She volunteered for the Hendricks County Humane Society and loved caring for and watching her grandchildren.  She had a passion for painting and decorating.  She loved her animals and grandchildren.  You would find her on nice days and evenings on her porch swing with a nice glass of wine.   She is survived by her husband Harold "Buck" Horstmann; children Holly (Mike) Hemelgarn, Heather (Tim) Medjeski, Shane (Shannon) Horstmann; brothers Bill (Susie) Tuttle Jr., Denny Tuttle; sister Lisa (Matt) Goodlett; and nine grandchildren.  Visitation will be from 4-7 pm Thurs. March 15 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there 10 am Fri. March 16.  Burial will be in Brownsburg Cemetery.
