Obituary

Charles E. Kamplain
84, Brownsburg, passed away April 30, 2011. He had been a printer for the Indianapolis Star for 20 years, retiring in 1985 and was an Army veteran of WWII. He was a member of Whitestone Christian Church. His wife of 60 years, Marie Kamplain, and granddaughter Maria Lambert preceded him in death. Survivors include children Carol (Dale) Adkins, Sandra (Mike) Richardson, and Gregory (Judy) Kamplain; brother Floyd Kamplain; grandchildren Linda Adkins, David (Barbara) Adkins, Alan (Tara) Richardson, Joshua (Heather) Kamplain, and Nicole Kamplain; great grandchildren Aaron, Austin, and Andrew Joseph Adkins, Emily Richardson, and Claire Kamplain. Funeral services will be 10am Wed. May 4 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with visitation there from 4-8pm Tues. May 3. Burial will be at Lincoln Memory Gardens Cemetery.
