Charles O. Kennedy

89, Avon, went home to be with the Lord on December 14, 2022.  He was a member of Faith Baptist Church.  Charles owned and operated Kennedy Auto Parts for over 30 years retiring in 1981.  Outside of spending time with his family, he enjoyed golfing and fishing.  He loved going to Florida in the winter and adored his little pup Daisy.  He was a loving and caring father and grandfather.  He was preceded in death by his parents Jack and Lucy Kennedy; brother Harold Kennedy.  Survivors include his loving wife of 68 years Betty Kennedy; daughters Susan (Andrew) McClung, Pamela (Brian) Thompson; grandchildren Kelly (Sebastian) McClung Caicedo, Kyle McClung, Emma Thompson, Jacob Thompson; nephews Raymond Kennedy, Dale Kennedy.  Private services will be held.
