Charles F. Ring
83, Brownsburg, formerly of Girard, IL, passed away June 10, 2011. He attended Girard High School and was a long time farmer before retiring. He was an Army veteran of Korean War. His wife Deloris Ring preceded him in death. He is survived by daughter Charlene (Terry) Harmon; stepsons Harold Stewart and S. J. Stewart; stepdaughters Deloris Stewart and Shirley Olson; sister Helen Barnes; grandsons Andrew and Kyle Harmon; 11 step grandchildren and 17 step great grandchildren; niece Glenda Williams; nephew John Barnes. Visitation will be from 9:30am to 12:00pm Mon. June 13 at the Davis-Anderson Funeral Home, Girard, IL, followed by graveside services with military honors at 12:30pm at the Girard Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Cornerstone Christian Church, 8930 N. SR 267, Brownsburg, IN 46112, for Joplin, MO, tornado relief fund.
