Charles O. Wood
98, Brownsburg, passed away on Oct. 8, 2025.  Charles was a Navy veteran who served in WWII and Korean War.  He owned and operated W & W Flooring for many years.  Charles was preceded in death by his wife Laura Wood; parents Ben and Nola Wood; two sisters; four brothers.  Survivors include his sons Darrin (Margaret) Wood, Rick Wood, David (Mary Ann) Wood, Charles R. (Mary Ann) Wood; sisters Judy Ledington, Edith Word; 10 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren.  Memorial visitation will be from 4 pm to 6 pm Thurs. Oct. 23 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg. A graveside service with military honors will be held at 10:00 am on Fri. Oct. 24 at Brownsburg Cemetery.
