55, Brownsburg, passed away July 3, 2017. She was a member of Bethesda Baptist Church and formerly part owner, bookkeeper and office manager of National Car Rental, Indianapolis. She is survived by her husband Joseph Phillips; sons Christopher (Kendall) Phillips, Drew (Jess) Phillips; Josiah (Jacquelyn) Phillips; grandson Corban Phillips; brothers Rodney Smith, Kim Smith, Greg Smith; sisters Sharon Pilcher and Chris Singleton. Visitation will be from 4-7pm Wed. July 5 at Bethesda Baptist Church with funeral services there at 9:30am Thurs. July 6. Burial will be in Bethesda Cemetery.
