Clara M. Tate
73, Clermont, went to be with the Lord April 6, 2011. She was a member of Bethesda Baptist Church and had been a secretary there for 16 years, retiring in 2000. A loving wife of 53 years, mother, and grandmother, she is survived by husband Charles Tate; children Terry (Anita) Tate, Vicki (Roger) Duncan, Jay Tate, and Jan (Marjorie) Tate; sister Ruby Sanford; brother Robert Goodin; 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 12pm Mon. April 11 at Bethesda Baptist Church with calling there from 10am-12pm. Burial will be at Floral Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Elizabeth Tate Memorial Foundation c/o Terry Tate, 8830 E. SR 32, Crawfordsville, IN 47933. Arrangements entrusted to Matthews Mortuary.
