Clarence E. Burnett
89, Brownsburg, passed away on April 24, 2018. He served in the US Army as a Paratrooper in the 11th Airborne and was a longtime member of Pittsboro Baptist Church. He worked for GM Allison Transmissions for 36 years. He is survived by his wife of 67 years Joyce Burnett; children Gary Burnett, Susan Scalf, Shelley Keisker; sister Joann Burnett; four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 10 am to 11 am Fri. April 27 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 11 am. Burial with military honors will be in Brownsburg Cemetery.
