Colleen Sellers Kaat
90, peacefully passed on to be with her Lord and Savior at home March 14, 2026.

Colleen was born in Millerville, Alabama on January 14th, 1936. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology from Montevallo University and married Stanley Kaat in 1957. Colleen's greatest pride and joy was her family. Her passion in retirement was her numerous flower gardens. Colleen was an active member of Hope Covenant Church in Indianapolis. She will be remembered for her kindness, sharp wit, and generous hospitality.

She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Stan Kaat, children Marybeth Johnson (Steve), Susanne Weber (Marcus) Derek Kaat (Lisa), Rachel Hale (Jeff), 3 siblings, 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held on March 28th at Hope Covenant Church, Indianapolis. Visitation at 11:00 am, Celebration Service at 11:30. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to Wheeler Mission of Indianapolis.
