Constance "Connie" Marie Carroll

80, Ft. Wayne, IN, passed away December 24, 2024 in Ft. Wayne, IN.  She was a registered nurse and practiced at several medical facilities. She was a member of the Concordia Lutheran Church.  Preceding her in death were parents Thomas Ley and Lucille Baumgardner and brother Lloyd Ley.  Survivors include her husband Daniel Carroll; daughters Shelly Sears (William), Tammy Garrison (Darwin) and Nicole Carroll-Rutherford (Dan) and; sister Mical Berge; brothers Bruce Ley, Teddy Ley, Lauren Ley and Shane Ley; grandchildren Kyle Garrison, Sabrina Garrison, Erin Garrison, Kaitlyn Sears, Terryn Sears, Kendra Barton and Lindsey Rutherford.  Visitation will be from 10am to 12 noon Friday January 3, 2025 at Matthews Mortuary, 690 E. 56th St., Brownsburg, IN 46112 with funeral service there at 12 noon.  Burial will follow at Lincoln Memory Gardens, Whitestown, IN...
