Survivors include his children, Tim (Brandi) Derick and Rachael (John) Derrick; sister Debby Derrick; brother Dennis (Connie) Derrick; and wife of 36 years Cathy Derrick. He was preceded in death by his parents James and Bette Ann Derrick. Contributions may be made to Harlaxton College, University of Evansville, 1800 Lincoln Ave., Evansville, IN 47722.
