Daniel J. Engleton
Age 67, passed away at his home in Brownsburg IN on June 18, 2013. Dan was a four year stroke survivor who fought a brave, hard battle. He was preceded in death by his parents, Laurann Engleton and James F. Engleton Sr., and his brother James F. Engleton Jr. Dan was raised in Hammond, IN and attended St. John Bosco School, graduated from Bishop Noll High school in 1963 and Indiana University in 1968. He served in the US Army from 1968-1970 assigned to the 68th Medical Group in Long Binh South Viet Nam. He worked for Rand McNally and Dopaco Printing. He is survived by his wife Mary Jo Engleton; brothers Terre T. (Mary) Engleton, Michael J. (Kathy Sobkowicz) Engleton, and Tony (Thelma) Engleton; sister Jane Engleton; friend and caregiver Jeff Bourff. Memorial services will be 10am July 26 at St. Malachy Catholic Church, 9833 E.
