David Lee-Allen Carpenter
32, Kalamazoo, MI, formerly of Brownsburg, passed away December 11, 2021. David was a 2007 graduate of Brownsburg High School. He had been the manager of the Main Street Pub in Kalamazoo since May of 2021 and prior to that had worked at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Brownsburg and Whitestown for several years. He loved gaming and all sports, being an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs, Indianapolis Colts and Notre Dame football. An expert in sports trivia and statistics, he truly enjoyed people and had a unique way of touching their lives. He will be missed greatly by his family and friends. David is survived by his mother Kathy Teeter (husband Don) and father David Carpenter (wife Janet); sister Rebecca Hickey (husband Matthew); nephews Connor, Duncan and Nolan; grandmother Alberta Carpenter; and his girlfriend Sarah Gibbons. Visitation will be from 4-7pm Tuesday December 21 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg. Funeral services will be at 10am Wed. December 22 at the mortuary. Burial will be in Brownsburg Cemetery.
