75, of Brownsburg passed away on Mon. Oct. 8, 2012. Born Sept. 16, 1937, he was the son of the late Eugene and Marion Dawes. Mr. Dawes was a veteran of the US Navy and retired from Yellow Freight. He was a member of Faith Missionary Church. He is survived by his wife Frances, sons David (Janie) Dawes, Eric (Kelly) Dawes, daughter Caprice Kash, grandchildren Eric Dawes, Megan Dawes, Erin Baker, Jennifer Kash, Terra Hamilton, Victoria Kash and brothers Dennis Dawes, Tom Dawes, and one sister, Nancy Russell. Funeral services will be 2 pm Fri. Oct 12 in Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with visitation prior to service from noon-2 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to Faith Missionary Church Missions Fund, 9125 N. College Ave., Indianapolis., IN 46240.
