David M. Kersey

75, Largo, FL, passed away on July 31, 2023.  He was a plant superintendent for Ball Corporation.  David enjoyed camping, western movies, ice cream, Ford muscle cars and he was very patriotic.  He was a determined and multi-talented individual who liked to create things and was always willing to help others.  David was a member of Porter Masonic Lodge 137, South Bend Scottish Rite, and the Orak Shrine.  He was preceded in death by his wife Janice Kersey, daughter Michele Holland; parents Charles and Ethel Kersey.  Survivors include his son Brian (Jennifer) Kersey; grandchildren Davis Kersey, Ruby Kersey, and Charles Holland.  Visitation will be from 10 am to 12 pm Thurs. Aug. 10 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 12 pm.  Graveside services will be at 12:30 pm Fri. Aug. 11 at Walkerton Woodlawn Cemetery in Walkerton, IN.
