Delbert L. Duncan, 79, Brownsburg, passed away Jan. 16, 2017. He had been retired for several years from a career in sales. He was a member of Brownsburg Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his sister Darlene. He is survived by his wife Jessie Duncan; children Dennis (Glenda) Duncan and Theresa Duncan; granddaughters Emily, Erika, Elena, Daphne, and Natalie; 7 great grandchildren; brothers Walter, Richard, Michael and Randy Duncan; sisters Patty Freije, Portia Jones and Marilyn Hewitt. Visitation will be from 10am to 12 noon Mon. Jan. 23 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 12 noon. Graveside services will be at 2pm Mon. Jan. 23 at Sink Cemetery, Clay City, IN.
