50, Brownsburg, passed away on Aug. 20, 2013. He was the owner/operator of Carter Construction. He was an avid fan and supporter of the Miami Dolphins. He is survived by his wife Laurie Carter; children Brittany (Matt) Warrenburg, Lauren (Doug) Shelton, Taylor Carter; parents James and Priscilla Carter; sister Cindy Carter; and grandchildren Avery Shelton, Max and Ella Warrenburg. Funeral services will be private. Contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association at www.diabetes.org
