Donna K. Curtis

79, Brownsburg, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 10, 2025.  Donna was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Frances Dietrich; sister Cynthia Wisniewski.  Survivors include her loving husband Glenn Curtis; children Donna Michelle (Jim) Newbold, Jeffery (Kathryn) Curtis, Robyn (Doug) Eber; sister Nancy (Russ) Vermillion; brother Bobby (Suzi) Dietrich; 7 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.

Donna was a beloved wife of 60 years, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great grandmother, and dog mom to Stormy.

She was also a graduate of Speedway High School class of '64.

Donna lived a life full of simple joys & boundless love. She treasured her time at the camper with her friends, it brought her so much happiness! She was a lover of sewing, she partnered with the "Little Angels" community and sewed gowns for the NICU of a local hospital. She was an avid thrifter, baker, gardener, and caregiver. Family meant everything to her!

Donna, also known as Mamaw, did it all! She was her families "go to" gal! Needed cooking advice, a cake baked, freezer meals for any kind of occasion, garden renovated, baby rocked to sleep, Donna was our girl! She was THE BEST caregiver, whether she was caring for her husband, siblings, children, grand/great-grand children, you could always count on her. She was always down for everything and nothing was impossible, there was always a way! She ADORED her grand kids and had just as much energy as them. She loved having extra dinner guests, at any time, and always reminded you to come back, because for Mamaw, there was always room at the table, and always more love to give.

She will be missed more than words could ever describe! As Great Guts (her mother) would say, "Tally-Ho" for now.

Visitation will be from 10 am to 12 pm Fri. Aug. 15 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 12 pm.  Burial will be in Lincoln Memory Gardens.
