Donna Lee Rugenstein

72, Pendleton, was taken from this life too early on July 30, 2025. Donna brought beauty and joy into this world by simply being herself and loving everyone around her for who they were.

Donna was an artist and owned and operated Whimzy for over 30 years in both Pendleton and Noblesville.

She found beauty in things that most people couldn't see. She was an avid cyclist who enjoyed the scenery of her country bicycle rides to stay healthy to live life to her fullest for her family and friends.

She accomplished something truly remarkable, earning her masters degree from Indiana University for a woman, balancing motherhood, business ownership, and life's curveballs. This was no small feat and truly was a testament to her brilliant drive and unshakable spirit.

She had an incredible gift for making others feel seen and valued. Her greatest pride and joy were her family.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents William and Rosemary Webb. Survivors include her husband Carl Rugenstein; daughter Tammy (Brian) Rabe; step son Adam (Abby) Rugenstein; step daughter Ella (Christopher) Miller; brother Dana (Karen) Webb; grandchildren Nick Rabe, Jake Rabe, Amelia Rugenstein.

Visitation will be from 3 pm to 5 pm Mon. Aug. 4 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 5 pm.
