Dorothy Inetta Hart
of Brownsburg, IN went home to be with the Lord Aug. 18, 2013. Dorothy was born Oct. 23, 1924 in Indianapolis, IN to Wilbur D. Hart and Alma Fay Waggoner. She is survived by Norma Anderson of Brownsburg, IN, Rosemary Landry of Phoenix, AZ, Turner Hart of Lafayette, TN, Judith Schondel of Morgantown, IN, Sandra Bryant of Indianapolis, IN and a multitude of nieces and nephews. Dorothy was preceded in death by Betty Jean Meadows, Charles Hart, Shirley Hart, Donny Hart, and Sharon Hancock. Dorothy retired from Western Electric in 1983 after 25 years. She belonged to the Pioneer Club many years and enjoyed playing softball and horseshoes when she was young. The family would like to thank Intrepid Home Health Care, especially Peggy Stout, Community Hospice, many caregivers especially Loretta Yuergens and Penny Allgood. Visitation will be 4-7pm Tues., August 20 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg with funeral services there at 1pm Wed., Aug. 21. Dr. Jerry Hillenburg of Hope Baptist Church in Indianapolis will officiate and interment will be at Brownsburg Cemetery.
