Dorothy L. Meadows

Born March 29, 1939 in Alpine, KY and passed away on July 28, 2019 in Danville, IN.  She was preceded in death by husband John Meadows, daughter Sylvia Diane Meadows, son Bobby Meadows, parents Virgil and Mary Cook; four sisters; three brothers; grandchildren Justin Stenquist and Heather Petty.  Survivors include children Lotena (Alan) Hatter, Rhonda (Scott) Petty, Cindy (Fred) Meadows; grandchildren Steve, Danica, Tony, Micki, Alan, Bill; Great grandchildren Harlin, Estrella, Jaeda, Altair, Chase, Jaxon, Madisyn.  A stay at home mom, she was also a secretary for A-1 Guttering.  She lived in Florida for many years and worked there for Fountain Square Apartments and Osceola County Hospital.  She loved playing games especially Bingo, watching Disney movies and spending time with her family.  Visitation will be from 4-7 pm Wed. July 31 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg.
