Dorothy Jean Schaefer
93, Zionsville, formerly of Evansville, passed away July 22, 2018. She retired from the Vanderburgh County Clerk's Office after 20 years as bookkeeper and accountant. She was a member of the Bethesda Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Jack A. Schaefer. Survivors include children Janice Brutsche, Carolyn Toland, David Schaefer and Glenn Schaefer; three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 11am to 1pm Friday July 27 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 1pm. Graveside services will be 1pm (CST) Mon.
