Elisa Elaine (Snapp) Stinger, 54, of Indianapolis, died on Wednesday, July 24, 2024. Elisa was born on August 18, 1969 in Indianapolis to James Clyde and Virginia Phyllis Snapp and grew up in Brownsburg. After graduating from Brownsburg High School, she attended Indiana State University.

Elisa could strike up a conversation with anyone, and she enjoyed being with people. She was a sensitive soul, full of compassion and so much empathy for others. One of her favorite things was family gatherings with conversations and laughter around the kitchen table. Elisa also loved spending time with her beloved dog, Devo.

Elisa is survived by her partner of 23 years, Rick Casto, stepmother, Kahla Snapp, siblings Jim (Betsy) Snapp, Shannon (Julius Carroll) Clark, Shawn (Charlie Jones) Gilligan, and her twin sister, Angela (Randy) Hill, nieces and nephews Amie (Orion), Philip, Emily (Derek), Jay (Brooke), Isabelle, Megan (Cameron), Aiden, and Mason, great nieces and nephews Peyton, Izzie, Dylan, Sydney, Jude, Quinn, and Virginia. Elisa is also survived by many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins. Her parents preceded her in death.

While Elisa will be missed greatly, her family is comforted in the knowledge that she is with her savior, Jesus Christ.

Private services for Elisa will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2024.
