84, Brownsburg, passed away September 3, 2020. She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church. Elizabeth is survived by her husband William Carter; daughter Diana (Ernesto) Hernandez; grandchildren Alex Carter VanPelt (Justin Carter VanPelt), Kristin Hernandez and Aimee Hernandez; brothers Wayne Ratliff, Tim Ratliff and Jim Ratliff; sisters Nancy Sanders and Debbie Hardy. Visitation will be from 12 noon to 2 pm Friday September 11 at Calvary United Methodist Church, with funeral services there at 2 pm.
