Elsie M. Welsh McCarter
88, Avon, died March 8, 2011. She was a member of Brownsburg Nazarene Church. She was preceded in death by husbands Carl Welsh and Harry McCarter. Survivors include sons Ronald Fox Sr., Lawrence Fox, Garry Fox, and Curtis Welsh; grandson Ronald Fox Jr.; 2 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 1pm Thurs. March 10 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with visitation from 11am to 1pm. Burial will be at Center Valley Cemetery, Clayton.
