Ershell E. Sanders age 84, Brownsburg, passed away Dec. 17, 2011. He was an Army Veteran of WWII and had been a machine operator at GM Allisons for 30 years, retiring in 1981. He was a member of the Brownsburg Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife Geraldine Sanders; sons Max (Linda) Sanders, Michael (Liz) Sanders, Mark Sanders, and Terry (Lu Ann) Sanders; brothers Elgie Sanders, William E. Sanders, and Jerry C. Sanders; grandchildren Samantha Davis, Jessica Patton, Lucas Kenworthy, Jason, Jeffrey and Jeremy Latham, Zachary Sanders, Rachel Hall, Nicole and Austin Sanders, Chad Gregory and Wesley Sanders; several great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4-8pm Mon. Dec. 19 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 10am Tues. Dec. 20. Burial will be at Lincoln Memory Gardens Cemetery.
