79, Avon, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2011. She had been a Clerk for United Airlines for 25 years, retiring in 1993. She was a member of Fraternal Order of Moose, Knights of Columbus, and Elks Club. Graveside Service will be at Jefferson Cemetery in Upland, IN on Friday, June 10, 2011 at 11am. She was preceded in death by her husband, John F. Pionke; mother, Sallie Wardlow Mitchell; father, Mark Mitchell; sister, Chris Draut; and brother, Mark Mitchell. Survivors include son, John (Teresa) Pionke of Avon, IN; sister, Sallie Riley; and 2 Granddaughters, Kathryn Pionke, Brittany Barker.
