Frances H. Joiner
87, Brownsburg, passed away December 22, 2021. Early on in her life she owned and operated Frans Beauty Salon. Later, she drove a school bus for many years both for Wayne Twp. and Carroll County School Systems. She attended the Abounding Grace Worship Center in Martinsville. She was preceded in death by her parents Juber and Ruth Hutto. Survivors include her husband Gerald Joiner; children Don Joiner (wife Debbie), Kim Joiner, Mike Joiner (wife Michele), and Ric Joiner; sister Essie "Bubbie" McCullum; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 11am to 1pm Tuesday December 28 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 1pm. Burial will follow in the Lizton K of P Cemetery.
