Frances Davis Amy Parrish Jones
Born Feb. 14, 1919 in Laconia, IN to Stoy and Sylvia Davis. She was preceded in death by husband, Sidney Amy and husband, Jack Parrish, sisters Cleo (Lewis) Cooper and Louise (William) Dollens and her brother Clifford (Sara) Davis. She is survived by husband Wendell Jones; daughters Sandra (Steve) Tope, Sue (Larry) Myers, Danville, IN and Sally Burgan, Indianapolis; Grandchildren: Pamela (Richard) Lacy, Scott (Kelly) Tope, Indianapolis, Spencer (Annette) Tope, Valparaiso, FL, Debbie (Chris) Hammer, Jeffersonville, IN, and Aaron (Jessica) Brougher, Tustin, CA; and 5 great-grandchildren. Frances had been a member of the Eastern Star and Indianapolis PEO. She was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church in Brownsburg and was fondly remembered for her excellence in cooking. Visitation will be from 4-8pm on Tues., Jan 10, at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg. A service celebrating her life will be held at 10:30am, Wed., Jan. 11 at the Calvary United Methodist Church, 575 W. Northfield Dr., Brownsburg. Entombment will be at Washington Park North, Indianapolis. Memorials may be made to the Calvary United Methodist Church.
