Frederick M. MacAbee

79, Brownsburg, passed away on December 8, 2019.  He was a process engineer for Allison Transmission for many years.  Frederick was an avid Brownsburg High School sports fan and served as President and as a Board Member for the Brownsburg Jr. Football League.  He enjoyed participating in the Hilly Hundred and loved his time as a Brownsburg School bus driver.  His greatest joy was his 7 grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife Janet MacAbee.  Survivors include his daughter Debra (Matt) Hession; son Jim (Lynn) MacAbee; sister Alicia (Dan) Kremer; grandchildren Erika (Tyler) Lempa, Matthew Hession, Anna Hession, Emma MacAbee, Nathaniel MacAbee, Johnathan MacAbee, and Claire MacAbee.  Visitation will be from 10 am to 12 pm Sat. Dec. 21 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with memorial services there at 12 pm.
