54, Indianapolis, died Feb. 24, 2015. He was preceded in death by his father Ronald Chambliss. Survivors include his wife Lesia Chambliss; children Brian (Rhonda) Chambliss and Kelli Chambliss; mother Kathleen Haulk; brother Doug Chambliss; sister Debbie Umbanhowar; grandchildren Paige and Harper. Visitation will be from 10 to 11am Mon. March 2 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 11am. Burial will be in Brownsburg Cemetery.
