Geneva L. Burns, 95, Danville, formerly of Franklin, KY, passed away Aug. 14, 2017. She had worked for the Nauvoo Bleu Cheese Factory and was a member of the Middle Fork Baptist Church in Franklin, KY. She was preceded in death by her husband George C. Burns and son Bobby Burns. Survivors include children Lucille Eaton, Nancy (Alan) Wolfe, Davelle (Alan) Boettcher and George K. (Marilyn) Burns; 14 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4-6pm Wed. Aug. 16 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg. Funeral Services will be 10 am Friday Aug. 18 at the Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home, Franklin, KY, with burial in the Shady Grove Cemetery, Franklin, KY. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Building Fund of the Faith Baptist Church, Avon, IN.
