George R. McDonald, age 72, Brownsburg, passed away Nov. 20, 2016. He worked for Allison Transmission, retiring in 2005. He was an active member of Bethesda Baptist Church. He had a passion for fishing and mushroom hunting. Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Brenda McDonald; children Kim (Jeff) Owens, Darrell (Sherry) McDonald, and Mark (Jennifer) McDonald; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4-6pm Tues. Nov. 22 at Bethesda Baptist Church with funeral services there at 11am Wed. Nov. 23. Burial will be in Bethesda Cemetery.
