Harwood Y. Prince
Age 87, Avon, passed away March 25, 2013. He was an Army Veteran of WWII and the recipient of two purple hearts. Mr. Prince had been a medical records administrator for several hospitals for over 40 years, retiring in 1991. He was a long time member of the Hope United Presbyterian Church, Plainfield, the American Legion, Masonic Lodge, Murat Temple Shrine, and Disabled American Veterans. His wife Frances Louise Prince preceded him in death. Funeral services will be 1pm Thurs. March 28 at the Hope United Presbyterian Church, 1331 Section St., Plainfield, with visitation there from 11am until time of service. Entombment will follow at West Ridge Park Cemetery.
