Henry Pope Barfield
86, Brownsburg, passed away February 8, 2023. He had been a social worker for many years, retiring in 2001 from Telamon Corporation. He was a US Army veteran and attended Connection Pointe Christian Church. Pope is survived by his wife Mary Sue Matthews Barfield; her children Tim Matthews (wife Bev) and Renata Zimmerman (husband Brent); sisters Audrey Walker and Carol Rigdon; five grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 10am to 12 noon Saturday February 11 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 12 noon. Burial will follow in Brownsburg Cemetery.
